Is my donation safe and secure?

Yes. All data is acquired under 128-Bit SSL Security and only customers whose internet browsers supporting global 128-Bit encryption can use the Goodcompany system.

Your donation is processed by Origin payroll. Each pay, Origin payroll transfers the donations to Goodcompany who distribute the funds to the various charities on our behalf.

Will Origin Foundation and Karma Currency protect my privacy?

Yes. You will not receive any communication from Goodcompany, Karma Currency or your chosen charities unless you have given your consent.

Personal information will only be used for administering this program and it will not be shared with other parties (e.g. charities) unless you have given your express consent.

If you would like to receive communication from your selected charities, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Give 2.
  2. Go to 'my account' by clicking on your name in the top right hand corner.
  3. Click 'edit account'.
  4. Select the check box which says 'I would like to hear more from the charities I've supported'.
  5. Click 'save'.

Who has access to my information?

Origin Foundation Payroll has access to your information for processing of your donations. Information is shared with the Origin Foundation Corporate Social Responsibility team for internal tracking and reporting purposes.

Goodcompany and its parent organisation, Karma Currency, also have access to information about your donations and volunteering through the Give 2 system. Please note Karma Currency does not have access to your remuneration details.

What information is given to charities about employees?

No personal information is shared with the charities on Give 2 unless you have elected to receive communications from your selected charities.
